Welcome Back, Premier League!

It’s finally here! Well, I guess it has been back for a couple of weekends now, but I’m finally getting the chance to write about it. The Premier League is back, and so are most European leagues. The league looks to be as exciting as ever this year, and should hold some interesting surprises for everyone. While we can usually guess the top few teams that will be competing for the title at the end of the season, there are so many surprises along the way that it’s difficult to predict with any real accuracy!

So far, we have had a few upsets, Brighton has had a fantastic start, and we have had some results that we could have predicted. Drama, excitement, wonder, heartbreak, triumph, and failure are all waiting for us in the coming months as the 20 top teams in England and Wales compete for probably the most competitive league trophy in the world.

Looking ahead, we will be having some of our contributors making predictions, talking about results, or breaking down behind the scenes intrigue for you. Of course, the Premier League will be a major player in what is covered, but keep an eye out for pieces on the other popular leagues throughout Europe and the world, as well.
