Even though It was a disaster for Liverpool in the 2022-2023 season, facing problems and not meeting their goals, they can bounce back in the current season. As they play in the Premier League, the things they learned from last year could help them do better this time. Liverpool has what it takes to improve and show a better performance on the field.
Checking out how Liverpool has been doing this season, it shows they've demonstrated incredible strength and a refusal to give up. Their resilience is quite impressive, having lost only 2 games in 27 premier league matches. Notably, 2 of the matches were unfair due to questionable VAR decisions. The team struggles with the technology this season, including a lot of mid-season red cards.
The absence of their top performers, Mo Salah and Wataru Endo did not affect them much, and even though they still lost to Arsenal, they managed to cope with it and kept their lead. Mo was the first to leave, Mo can’t be replaced because Harvey Elliott and the others do not have his abilities or his pace, and the game against Arsenal would have gone differently with him. Wataru left after Mo. Some people might question whether he is a key player but looking at his recent plays most will agree yes. I thought he was getting a lot of hate when he first got signed into Liverpool. And for the player to replace him because of Klopp Liverpool had Alexis Mac Allister.
From Jurgen Klopp's smart and innovative coaching style to the skill and commitment of players like Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez, and Virgil van Dijk, Liverpool has proven time and time again that they are a team to be undervalued.
Whether you're a big fan or a casual viewer, it's hard not to be impressed by the skill and determination of this incredible team.
